transfair is the public service staff association and is a long-standing, recognised social partner of Swiss Post. Its aim is to ensure that consideration is given to the concerns of employees. In addition, every year transfair is involved in negotiations concerning salary increases for Swiss Post employees. The staff association exercises political influence through its President and National Council member Greta Gysin.
